Hey guys have a look and see what I loved during the month of November! Let me know down below what you spent the month loving!
Sorry, not sorry! The Christmas jumpers are coming out people. If you don’t have one, then why the hell not?! They’re awesome!
Max Factor Glossfinity Nail Varnish – Snow White
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail varnish! I never thought I’d be one for a white nail, but I actually really like this shade! In all fairness I love the complete range, Glossfinity dries super quick, is lovely and glossy even without a top coat, and has lasted at least a week on my nails without chipping, can I get a hallelujah?
MAC Lip Pencil – Boldly Bare
I actually got this months ago and it just sat in my make up bag for ages until I was going out and needed some colour on my lips. I’m not one for bright, in-your-face lips, so applying this was brill! It glides on like silk and is a lovely warm nude. If you’re like me and aren’t particularly fond of the bold dark lips this autumn, I think this is a great alternative!
Nivea In-Shower Body Moisturiser – Cocoa Butter
Okay, lets start by saying I am probably the laziest person you will ever meet when it comes to this sort of stuff. I have a gazillion different moisturizers and what not, but I can never be bothered to use them. (Lets be honest, I usually just buy them because they smell nice!) So this is an absolute godsend! Do you know why? YOU USE IT IN THE SHOWER! Hardly any extra effort required! I’m not particularly fond of the scent of the original one, however this Cocoa Butter one smells divine! If you’re like me then I definitely recommend adding this to your routine!
The Last of the Spirits – Chris Priestley
This is a great book to read around the Christmas period! If you want to know more about it, why not go check out my review on it from a few weeks ago? https://teabreakdmu.com/2014/11/06/the-last-of-the-spirits-review-by-chris-priestly/
Film and TV
This show is amazing; I don’t care what anyone says. I absolutely love Gordon Ramsay and this show is great! It’s your typical cooking show with contestants cooking a dinner service and one person being eliminated at the end of each service. But on top of this, the two teams battle it out in challenges for some pretty luxurious prizes, like eating at top restaurants, boat trips to secluded islands and shopping trips. It’s topped off with lots of swearing, fighting and of course beautiful looking food. Just talking about it is enough to make my mouth water.
Okay, does this one really need an explanation? Its nearly Christmas people, gotta get in as many viewings as possible!
So I might be a little bit addicted to this site. I literally spend hours on it to the point where I think I need to see someone about this unhealthy obsession I have. My new favourite board to work on is my Christmas one; there are so many cute little DIY projects and some amazing food suggestions too. It’s like Christmas everyday! Michael Buble – Jingle Bells
I couldn’t not put in a Christmas song and this one just makes me smile every time it comes on, I love Michael Buble and I absolutely adore his version of the classic that is ‘Jingle Bells’. ‘Nuff said.
Sainsbury’s Winter Diffuser.
Okay, It’s possible you may have seen a theme develop in this post. But this diffuser, I kid you not, smells exactly like Christmas! You know when you’re sitting around Christmas day and you’ve got the food cooking, candles burning, and all that good stuff, and you think to yourself ‘man I wish I could smell this everyday?’ NOW YOU CAN! This is amazing, and I’m literally devastated that mines nearly gone. It’s honestly the best thing to walk in after a long day at Uni and have your room smell like Christmas, trust me!
